Products from Maranda Enterprises, LLC (The Company) are warranted to the original retail purchaser, (The Customer) when purchased from an authorized re-seller, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 Days from the original date of retail purchase:
During the warranty period, either replacement parts or products, at the option of The Company, will be made available at no charge to the customer, provided that The Customer can provide proof of purchase. Replacement parts for products outside the 48 continental United States will incur a shipping charge. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks and dents, damage caused by normal wear and tear from use, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes, or damage to a product that has been modified or altered.
